Reimagined Teen Program
Our Teen Program focuses on attracting and engaging our teens (6th-12th grade) through various areas and activities in an effort to strengthen their Jewish identity, bond as a community and evolve as Jewish leaders. Using a multifaceted approach, teens will have opportunities to learn, give back to the community, develop their leadership skills, and have fun!

Mindee Trudell
Teen Engagement Coordinator
Meet the Teen Engagement Coordinator
Mindee has been part of the CSS family for 18+ years and a part of the teaching team for 15. She began as a classroom teacher and then assisted with our Youth Groups before taking on her current role as Teen Engagement and B'Nai Mitzvah Coordinator. While she finds the younger students adorable she has a true passion for working with teens.
Mindee believes in creating experiences that engage our teens causing them to WANT to be actively involved in our programs. Her commitment to not only help the teens further develop their Jewish identity extends to her goal of instilling values and learning skills that will benefit them long after HS graduation.
Mindee and her husband, Steven, have one daughter, Ashleigh, who started as a 2-year old at RUJEC and stayed involved through HS. Outside of her role at CSS, Mindee holds a FT position as a Project Manager for a Translation & Communications Agency. When not working, Mindee enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with family & friends.
